CORE MISSION VALUES

Worship as Priority (Ex. 20: 2-4; Ps. 29:2; 34:1-3; 100:1-5) The worship of God is our primary ministry, pursued with biblically motivated zeal and offered in reverence with humility, child likeness and joyfulness.

God’s Word as Authority (Ps. 109:106; 2 Tim. 3:16; Heb. 4:12; James 1:22-25) The Word of God is our final authority and source of life-guidance, calling us to a faith-filled, obedient, godly

God’s Love Brings Wholeness (Ex. 23:25; Ps. 103:2-3; Is. 53: 3-4; Rom. 8:1-2; Eph. 1:3-14 and 2:1-4) A Holy Spirit-birthed climate of God’s love is the atmosphere which most readily begets living hope, fosters true health, and produces practical holiness. Jesus’ sacrificial life and death points us to a path of discipleship; and His resurrection assures us of hope, through faith in Him, that we are no longer condemned but accepted .

Ministry to the Family (Gen. 2:24; Ps. 139:13-14; Gal. 5: 15-25) The concept of family is God’s design and is to be nourished, served, and preserved within the parameters of His Word.  Fundamental to this value is the sanctity of marriage, biblical sexuality, and human life.

Diversity in God’s Kingdom (Gen. 1:27; Matt. 22:37-39; I John 4:7-8) In expressing the love of Jesus we embrace ethnic diversity and respect the unique cultural dynamics of individuals and races without compromising biblical principles; and, in reflecting His heart, we commit to unity without prejudice.
